Frequently Asked Questions.

Why should I use an auto broker instead of going to the dealership myself?

- The answer is simple, you are not a professional car buyer, so why go up against a professional car salesman? Instead let your team at Certified handle that for you. We believe in helping our clients without being pushy or over aggressive and we guarantee to beat any dealers pricing. Using an auto broker helps you save time, money and the stress of going to dealerships yourself.

How long does this process take ?

- Once we know the exact car you are looking for, we get busy trying to find you the best deal. We can have the car signed and delivered on the very same day.

If I don't agree to pricing am I obligated in any way ?

- No you are not obligated to anything at all, we will try our best to search the best vehicle pricing, but if for any reason you change your mind then no harm no foul. You won't have to pay us for searching either.

Do I have to pay you for your help?

- Our services are free of charge to our clients. We get paid though the dealership for organizing a new client and selling a car from their inventory. We do not add any extra fees, and always give prices with tax & fees included so there are no surprise jumps in payment.

Leasing vs Buying

Our Auto brokers can help you find great lease or purchase deals and we are not limited by a single dealer so we can truly offer the best solution no matter what make or model.

In the next section we will outline some of the benefits and draw backs between leasing a vehicle vs purchasing.

Leasing Benifits

Lower Payments - lease payments are lower then purchase. You only pay for your share of the vehicles value then return it at the end of your lease term.

Latest Models - one key thing people love about leases is the fact that you can swap for the newer model every 2-3 years. If you get crave change frequently then maybe leasing is the best option.

Lease to Buy - if you are not sure if you want to purchase the vehicle or lease you can always lease first then purchase the vehicle at the end of the lease. This way you have 2-3 years to have the vehicle and decide if you love it and want to buy or lease the newer model.

Less due upfront - With leases you can choose to put low down payment or none if you have high credit score.

Leasing Cons

Limited mileage - when leasing our Auto brokers will help you figure out what amount of mileage is best of you. For example 7,500 , 10,000, 12,000 or 15,000 miles per year. Depending on what you choose your monthly payment will be effected, the less miles per year the lower the monthly payment. If you go over your set mileage at the end of your lease term you will be charged anywhere from 15-25 cents depending on car make. (If you choose to buy the vehicle you will not be charged for the additional miles you went over.)

Limited Customization - when leasing a vehicle you can not modify anything major on the vehicle, and must return it close to its original condition. If you love adding your personal touch to your cars then purchasing might be a better option.

Purchase Benifits

Drive as much as you like - if you like going on road trips and don't want to worry about going over miles then a purchase is a great option.

Customize - Although performance mods may void manufacturer warranty you can do what you like if you choose to purchase the car. You can also mod the look of your car and not have to worry about having to return everything back to original in 2 - 3 years.

Purchase Cons

Higher down payment - often times when you purchase a vehicle you must cover tax, title and license fees along with a down payment.

Less variation - when you purchase a vehicle you are stuck with the vehicle unless you choose to sell. Leasing allows you to swap after 2 - 3 years, no questions asked.

Higher monthly payment - depending on the purchase price of your vehicle and finance interest rates purchasing a vehicle is more expensive then leasing in the short term.
